Question: Explain what your job is if you were talking to a 5 year old.
Taylor: Being a recruiter is a helper who finds the best people to do a given job. Imagine if you had a puzzle, and you needed to find the perfect person who knows how to put it together. The recruiter helps find that person, so they can do the job and make everything work just right!

Taylor: At the moment, my favorite creator is Caleb Hammer of Financial Audit. I have learned so much about all aspects financial literacy while also seeing how Caleb is trying to get people out of some pretty wild money troubles.

Question: If you started a Patreon, what would it be and why?
Taylor: I would solely start a Patreon for my dog, Nuggs. I can say with full confidence that I have never met another animal and at this rate another human with as much personality as he has. I would include all of the songs we have about him to his teeth brushing nighttime routine and a full tutorial how we blend his food every two days.

Question: What's one thing about working at Patreon that surprised you the most?
Taylor: Everyone, regardless of title or tenure, has equal opportunity and ability to make a significant change. Whether that is launching a new product, leading an ERG, or providing feedback on a livestream of community chats, Patronauts have the power to make it happen.

Question: If your career was a reality TV show, what would be its tagline?
Taylor: "Spotting stars, sealing deals—because in my world, the perfect hire is the ultimate game-changer!"

Question: If you could have any creator as your mentor for a day, who would it be and what would you learn?
Taylor: I would love to have Molly Burke as my mentor for the day. We are nearly the same age and I would be so lucky to understand her perspective and how to have the best outlook on life.

Question: If you could instantly master one skill to help creators, what would it be?
Taylor: I am a podcast fiend, so I would want to master podcast production.

Question: Describe each day of the work week in the form of a playlist/song. Please explain the reason for each.
Taylor: Monday: Time of the Season by The Zombies. Getting ready for the week and everything that comes with it.)

Tuesday: Solo by Frank Ocean. Tuesdays are our heads-down time, so I really focus on my to-do list.)

Wednesday: Wow by Post Malone. I am always blown away at how many talented people I get to talk to.

Thursday: Obsessed by Olivia Rodrigo. I get so excited to see how well candidates are interviewing and how the team is reacting, though hopefully not a crazy amount as I am proud to say I do not know any of my candidates' blood type.

Friday: He Loves U Not by Dream. A candidate accepts their offer and they are so excited about all of the incredible parts about working at Patreon!
